Refund and Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our services or products, we invite you to carefully review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that certain payments may be non-refundable, based on the stage of the project or service already delivered.
All projects at Realtime are planned and executed using a milestone-based approach.
Every project begins with a thorough discovery or analysis phase followed by a detailed scope of work document to ensure mutual clarity and avoid future disputes or reversals.
As each milestone involves time, effort, and resources, no refunds will be provided for work already completed.
In case a project is terminated by mutual agreement, the client retains access to all completed work. However, any advance payments or deposits will not be refunded, and payments for pending modules or future milestones will become void.
There are no partial refunds for projects that are mid-way through a milestone.
Once the client approves the mock-up designs and the project moves into development, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
No cancellations are entertained for services offered under special discounted packages or promotional offers. These are limited-time deals and are non-refundable.
Also, no refunds will be issued for services once executed or delivered such as:
Domain registration
Hosting setup
Server purchases
Ad credit purchases
Paid tool or software integrations
SEO, PPC, and Digital Marketing packages are non-refundable once the service cycle has started.
However, the client may cancel the service with a 30-day written notice in advance.
We do not offer refunds for projects that are abandoned, unresponsive, or inactive for 30 days or more from the client side.
Due to the nature of digital services and time-based deliverables, all payments made toward subscription-based or monthly ongoing services (such as SEO, social media, ads management, server maintenance, etc.) are non-refundable once initiated.
